Currently James Foulkes teaches in the USA, Rupert Johnson teaches regular classes and workshops in Brighton (see below for further information) and Hayley North teaches private lessons, workshop collaborations and guest teaches on other retreats in the UK and internationally.

These workshops are a taster of what we offer at the weekly Invigor8 classes. Invigor8 is a dynamic combination of qi gong and yoga including meditation and sound work. We explore flowing movement sequences and cleansing practices that are suitable for all levels of experience.

Saturday 9th July – The Sun-Salutation ~ A Kriya Yoga Practice@ The Yoga Space, Leeds 1pm-6pm £39
A workshop exploring the original purpose of the Sun-Salutation (Surya Namaskar). This ancient practice prepares the body to receive the seven coloured Light-Rays of the Sun (red,orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet) into their corresponding chakras. By combining posture and movement (asana) with specific sound (harmonics) and breath, the conditions are created to receive the power of the sun directly.

- Introduction to the chakras and their properties
- The Asana of the the Sun-Salutation
- Breath and Sound of the Chakras
- Cleansing Breathwork (Pranayama) to prepare the body for the energising effects of the Sun-Salutation.
